At Earthtone Construction we feel that the key to successful construction is good management. Accurate information and communication throughout the job facilitates a smoothly run project.
Design & Planning
Project management begins early in the design process. As the architect/designer, structural and soils engineers and client begin planning their project, Earthtone Construction is able to offer input that will add value to both the construction and completed project. This also contributes to an efficient and satisfying building process.
Estimating
Earthtone Construction uses Master Builder™ cost estimating software to create accurate and detailed estimates. Before you sign a contract, we will discuss your budget and provide you with a complete cost analysis, based on the plans and information given. Should the need arise, we will help find ways to reduce costs by finding alternative materials and construction methods, or suggesting owner participation where appropriate.
Scheduling
Once the project is awarded to Earthtone Construction, we will prepare a comprehensive schedule, from pre-construction through completion. This schedule is then provided to all parties involved ensuring that the project stays on track.
Construction
During the construction, regular meetings are held with owners, architect and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication, unified expectations and harmonious synchronicity.
